The Western, my initial idea was to offer a stainless durable blade for all the outdoor cooking needs, the design developed naturally and after passing through months of testing in our home it became our favourite blade for indoor and outdoor cooking.
It is forged with Sandvik 14C28N® is a martensitic stainless chromium steel with a chemistry optimized for high quality professional knife applications. The chemical composition provides a unique combination of properties including:
Excellent edge performance, high hardness and ease of resharpening.
The handle is English Elm, a very strong and durable timber by nature, the in-house stabilising process increases the longevity and keeps moister away.

Every part of my knives are engineered from scratch. This gives me the ability to pay real attention to detail and make each knife truly unique. However proper craftsmanship takes time, thanks for your patience.
