The newest addition to my collection is the bread knife. It took a while to figure every aspect of it as it might be the most complex blade to engineer. From the serrations and bevel geometry to the 265mm distal taper all were thought and designed to make a bread knife that in some sense will multitask, allowing it to deliver smooth and accurate results while slicing crusty loafs but also able to cut through tough foods and proteins effortlessly.

**The blades are assembled for the photoshoot, they need the serrations and sharpening to be done. You will definitely receive a finished blade.
